An exciting opportunity currently exists for a highly energetic, vibrant and methodical rostering/Rostering Team Leader
The rostering/scheduling team leader will be responsible for service team scheduling and job management to ensure smooth workflow and successful business outcomes. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who thrives under pressure and can remain calm and composed in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:
Rostering Support
Previous experience in rostering/scheduling (ideally in disability, aged care, or community services)
Lead the rostering team in ensuring efficient staff rosters to meet client needs.
Monitor staff availability, leave, and compliance with service agreements
Use scheduling software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records-—Nightingale or Entire HR
Supervise rostering team to achieve KPIs
Identify and coordinate all resources—including labour—required to perform work efficiently and cost-effectively
Customer service
Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external stakeholders
first point of contact for new staffing, community and disability client inquiries
Handle all the formal complaints and incidents from the staffing division in coordination with HR
Office Operation
Oversee office supply inventory and procurement.
Ensure all business systems are operational and liaise with the support providers as required.
overlook daily office operations to ensure smooth business functions.
Employee Engagement
Monitoring and directing fair and equitable scheduling of staff in accordance with the SCHADS Award, Individual Flexibility Agreements, budgets, WHS and client requirements
Maintain compliance, records, and policies in coordination with HR and finance.
Track workforce unitization, overtime, and attendance trends.
Communications
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with trainers, staff, and external stakeholders.
Troubleshooting day-to-day problems innovatively and ensuring solutions are devised completely and effectively.
Qualification
Demonstrated experience in rostering and management of an office in a lead role.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an organization offering diverse services.
