Sales Consultant

We are looking for an experienced outgoing and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our sales team based in Minchinbury, NSW.

About the role

As our Sales Consultant, you will meet with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend tailored home improvement solutions from our extensive product range. You’ll focus on helping customers choose the right options to suit their style, budget, and lifestyle — while driving strong sales outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Engage with prospective customers, execute their needs, and close sales

• Travel to customers’ homes for on-site design consultations

• Respond and action customer enquiries

• Be an ambassador for Australian Outdoor Living

 About you

• Demonstrated sales skills, have a desire for success and thrive on the thrill of closing a deal

• Experience in the home improvement industry

• A positive can-do attitude and problem-solving skills

• Tenacious, driven and highly motivated professional

• Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities

• Highly organised, flexible, and proactive approach

• Ability to remain agile and respond to changing priorities

• Thrive in a team culture and understand the importance of teamwork

• Availability to work flexibly from Monday to Saturdays

• Possess a valid driver's license and a well-maintained vehicle
