About The Role:
As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for hard-working, high achievers to join our team as sales consultants. Though many of our people love to cycle, you don’t have to be a bike expert as we offer complete on-the-job training and support, plus our own leadership training – The Leadership Academy. More important to us is someone who is an excellent team player and can build great long-term trust and relationships with our customers. We’ll be looking to you to provide exceptional service so we can deliver on our vision of being ‘The World’s Most Approachable Bike Shops’.
In return, we offer tiered financial rewards based on achieving sales and product knowledge goals. Our high achievers win awards at our regular events and the top 10% of high achievers are awarded a ticket to attend our annual conference the Global Gathering in places like Whistler, Canada and Hakuba in Japan.
Our teams work closely together, competing for 99 Bikes store awards, pitching in to help charities and community groups and hosting our own community events such as our Electric Bike Demo Days. Every team has regular daily, weekly and monthly meetings, and team leaders have a one-on-one chat with each team member every month to share information, and help them achieve their potential. Leaders will accommodate personal needs when rostering as much as possible, some flexibility is available and there is plenty of weekend work if desired.
