About the RoleAs a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our exciting new developments, engaging with potential buyers and guiding them through the sales process. Your key responsibilities will include:Promoting and selling off-the-plan apartments and townhomes.Managing your own appointments and client interactions.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients/developers.Providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on property options.Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly with off-the-plan properties.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.A proactive and results-driven approach.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.A valid Agent’s Representative Certificate and a current Driver’s License.
