Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in any sort of building product or material in the Construction industry
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial sales account management and the development of new business.
  • Proven history of achieving or surpassing sales and profit margin objectives
  • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset, capable of meeting company KPIs.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Operation manager and Director, you will be working in a hands-on role managing a portfolio of key accounts along with gaining new accounts.
  • Build and sustain a referral pipeline to uncover potential new business opportunities, particularly in regions where Trade Suppliers lacks a physical presence.
  • Complete management reporting, analysis, and report commentary on sales performance, business methods, and sales target results
  • Drive Sales Growth: Drive sales revenue by meeting or exceeding targets and quotas.
  • Manage Sales Process: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to create customized solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • We are seeking a candidate who is flexible and willing to travel to interstate locations and regional areas of Victoria.
