We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Hobart Real Estate office on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a varied role that will see you supporting our sales team, preparing marketing materials, assisting in the sales process, and providing general administrative support.

• Providing administrative support to the real estate team throughout the end-to-end sales process
• Preparing marketing materials
• Database management
• Liaising with vendors and potential purchasers
• General administrative support

• Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
• Experience in preparing print media (desirable but not essential)
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in using Adobe InDesign or a willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines
• A passion to build a career in the Real Estate industry
