SAP Finance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance Lead to drive the successful implementation and optimisation of SAP Finance (FI/CO) solutions. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the alignment of SAP Finance functionalities with business needs, delivering process improvements, and providing expert leadership in financial system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the design, implementation, and enhancement of SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP functionalities.
• Ensure the successful integration of SAP Finance modules with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Provide strategic guidance on SAP best practices and process improvements.
• Lead and mentor a team of SAP Finance consultants and analysts.
• Drive change management initiatives and user training programs to maximize adoption.
• Manage and resolve complex financial system issues and enhancements.
• Work closely with IT and finance teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience as an SAP Finance Lead or Senior Consultant in SAP FI/CO modules.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of leading SAP Finance projects from design to implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in system integration, data migration, and reporting solutions.
• SAP certification in FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
