About the Opportunity Opportunity for experienced Scheduler supporting our Collins Class Submarines (CCSM) Program. Reporting to the Principal Scheduler your responsibilities will include providing technical support & advice to project managers in areas of project scheduling/controls to support successful execution of the Program. Responsibilities Review, plan and schedule whole submarine maintenance activitiesDevelop, update and maintain project schedules and baselinesMonitor and control all activities through the planning and execution phaseCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders as required to accurately develop and maintain assigned project schedulesProvide regular schedule performance reports, analysis and advice to project stakeholdersEnsure integrity of data in the schedule and integration with the master program scheduleMaintain key project milestones and identify any schedule risks in achieving these milestonesEnsure accurate management of baseline change About you Minimum 3 years’ demonstrated scheduling and project planning experience within a complex project environment, preferably in Defence, Shipbuilding and/or heavy engineering industries together with: Demonstrated experience in scheduling using Primavera-P6Familiarity with scheduling tool integrated with ERP systems will be highly preferableProficient Microsoft excel user and ability to work and thrive in a complex data environmentUnderstanding of Earned Value Management within a Program / Project environmentProficiency in Power BI will be highly desirableAbility to self-motivate whilst collaborating with various internal StakeholdersProven analytical problem solving skills relating to costs and scheduling performance and reporting Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
