Responsibilities:
- Answering clients and caregiver phones calls ready to respond to all challenges!
- Monitoring our Care team 'google chats' and triage daily feedback, questions and comments
- Monitoring our Care emails and triage incoming messages
- Problem solving to fill client schedules both long term and short term
- Excellent communication skills verbal, written and body language
- Strong computing skills to ensure all essential information is gathered, documented, and shared to the right people at the right time.
- Ability to prioritise in a high volume of demanding priorities
- Excellent listening skills and ability to gather essential information
- Represent the Nurse Next Door brand and provide exceptional care and education for prospective clients and their families over the phone

Skills and experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills through active listening and compassion to the caller
- Strong computer skills, proficient in G-Suite: Gmail, drive, docs, calendar
- You thrive in a busy environment
- Solution-oriented individual not afraid to ask questions
- Self-led leader with a commitment to goal setting and being coachable
- Customer service experience in health, hospitality, and retail industry an asset
Hours:
- Shift work 7am to 1pm, or 1pm to 5pm some oncall available
- Casual and Part Time opportunities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.69 – $34.35 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
