Section Waiter

Minimum 1 years experience in hospitality as a section waiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage and maintain a designated section of the restaurant.
• Present menus, take accurate food and drink orders, and make recommendations.
• Ensure timely and proper delivery of food and beverages.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and after guest departure.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, runners, and other service team members.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar waiter/waitress role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and carrying trays, 3 plates, and beverages.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $23.23 – $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
