Minimum 1 years experience in hospitality as a section waiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage and maintain a designated section of the restaurant.
- Present menus, take accurate food and drink orders, and make recommendations.
- Ensure timely and proper delivery of food and beverages.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and after guest departure.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, runners, and other service team members.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar waiter/waitress role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying trays, 3 plates, and beverages.
