About the Role
MSS Security is seeking a well-presented and customer-focused Security Concierge to join our corporate team based in the heart of the Sydney CBD. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for customer service and security to work in a professional and engaging environment.
This permanent weekday role offers regular shifts, either from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm or 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The position is located in a premium commercial setting, easily accessible via public transport (please note: parking is not available on site).

Salary & Benefits

• Level 4 Award Rate: $27.88 per hour
• Plus superannuation and applicable shift loadings

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of customer service at the front desk and concierge point
• Monitor access control systems, manage card access requests and assist with visitor management
• Act as the first point of contact for employees, contractors, and guests
• Maintain a strong security presence while creating a welcoming environment
• Respond swiftly and professionally to incidents or emergencies
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports in line with site protocols
• Liaise with building management, security teams, and emergency services where necessary

Skills & Experience Required

• Must hold a Certificate II in Security Operations, NSW Security License, and current First Aid certificate
• Strong customer service focus and well-developed interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and confident communicator (verbal & written)
• Proficient with computers and security systems, including card management and access control systems
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to security incidents
• Prior experience in a concierge or front-of-house security role (preferred)
