About the Opportunity

This role offers the chance to join the firm’s prestigious Disputes practice in Melbourne, focusing on regulatory litigation, insolvency and other complex disputes. You’ll work on some of Australia’s most high-profile cases, including ASIC and ACCC investigations, inquiries, royal commissions, and disciplinary hearings.
Your Role
As a Senior Associate in the practice, you will:
- Manage complex corporate disputes and regulatory investigations.
- Provide strategic advice on corporate conduct, compliance, and governance.
- Assist in business development to grow the regulatory practice.
- Work closely with Partners and Special Counsel on matters such as ASIC and ACCC prosecutions, Competition and Consumer Law advice, and federal jurisdiction processes.

Who We’re Looking For - A Senior Associate with a minimum of 5 years PAE with experience in public law/regulatory litigation gained with a private practice law firm
- Experience dealing with regulators such as ASIC, ACCC, APRA, and AFCA.
- A strong understanding of federal jurisdiction processes and procedures.
- Proven experience responding to regulatory notices and managing complex investigations.
- A proactive, commercially minded professional with excellent business development skills.
