Our opportunity

You will be responsible for reviewing and analysing the organisation's business goals, services, processes, and information needs to identify opportunities for improvement. Provides expertise in business analysis to develop and implement technology-based business solutions & processes

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements from a user perspective into functional or technical solution development documentation
• Experience in all aspects of supporting an integrated business system and its associated integration components
• Skilled in supporting and participating in the planning, preparation, and execution of user acceptance testing
• Demonstrated experience with technical configuration of SaaS systems e.g. ServiceNow, Workato, Finance systems
• Proficient in developing and understanding process diagrams, use-cases, data flows, ER diagrams, user screen designs, and related documentation
