About the Centre
Coburg Leisure Centre (CLC) is one of six Aquatic and Leisure Facilities within Active Merri-bek. CLC is a year-round facility with a 25-metre heated indoor pool, heated learner's pool and toddler's play pool, spa, sauna and steam room, gym and group fitness classes, as well as child care.
About the Role
As a Senior Centre Coordinator at the Coburg Leisure Centre, you will manage our Customer Service team, Duty Manager team and the Operations Team Leader. You will oversee recruitment and onboarding for your team and support with employee training and development in addition to rostering and timesheets. You will ensure the daily operations of the centre are in line with contractual requirements, quality systems and industry guidelines. You will manage Health & Safety, Risk and Environment with the support of the Operations Officer You will oversee all facility maintenance and strategic asset management including contractor relationships. You will develop and optimize facility hire opportunities and manage all associated budgets and reporting.
This is a full-time position with a salary between $74.789-$83,997 per annum + super, experience dependent.
