  • *What will your typical day look like?
  • * This role sits in our specialised MSA and Panel pillar reporting to our Commercial Director.

In this role you will support Deloitte Australia and our Partners in building strategic partnerships with our clients by developing market competitive Advisory and Technology Rate Cards.  Additionally, you will help shape the negotiation of our Master Service Agreements and Preferred Supplier panel positioning by analysing inputs such as competitive intelligence and client business requirements.   _Key Responsibilities:_

  • Create pricing models and rate cards to support the sales process and ensure timely, compliant submission of pricing for tenders and bids, specialising in large-scale panel responses.
  • Analyse competitive intelligence, client business requirements, and market trends to develop effective commercial terms for MSAs and Preferred Supplier Panels.
  • Support the development of negotiation strategies and advise on commercial terms to support Partners during sales processes and contract negotiations, including client presentations and pitches.
  • Conduct complex data analysis, market benchmarking, and financial/profit modelling to support the development of rate cards and panel pricing responses.
  • Collaborate with legal and contract management teams to ensure efficient operationalisation of MSAs.
  • Prepare and maintain documents and playbooks to achieve optimal commercial
  • Develop Commercial Acumen training for use across the firm and update training materials as necessary.
  • Communicate key insights and findings with senior business leaders to influence decision-making processes.

  **About the team** Deloitte’s Commercial Office supports the firm with strategic commercial support, building commercial models for our most strategic pursuits focused on value delivered, negotiating Master Service Agreements (MSAs), setting competitive rate cards, designing and delivering Commercial Acumen training, and managing all aspects of Commercial Contract Management.   **Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

  • * You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
  • 4+ years’ experience within a similar role.
  • Relevant commercial and financial analysis experience such as pricing, cost base development, market analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce or business, management or law.
  • Proven experience working directly with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making processes, and effectively communicating insights at a strategic level.
  • Ability to build relationships & work collaboratively with clients and organisational peers.
  • Proficiency in adopting appropriate negotiation styles for various situations to deliver optimal commercial outcomes.
