Senior consultant systems

As a Senior Consultant in the Enterprise Property and Strategic Sourcing Operations Team, you will provide critical support for NAB’s production services with a specific focus on property, sourcing and procurement systems.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure a better experience for colleagues and suppliers, better processes and removal of legacy systems.
• Be familiar with Tango Analytics for desk and room reservation, environment and sustainability, floor plans, facilities and management, lease payments and analytics; SAP Ariba for Source to Pay (S2P), Guided Buying, Supplier Performance Management, Supplier Lifecycle, catalogues, cloud related system enhancements and reporting requirements.
• Undertake analysis, development, documentation, testing and support responsibilities.
• Proactively monitor stability of production systems and take accountability; this involves identifying root cause, incident and problem investigation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support the manager by ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the team and being prepared to take on additional accountabilities

What you’ll bring:

• Solid experience within property/procurement area.
• Knowledge and understanding of Procurement Systems, Property Systems or ERP systems. E.g. Tango Analytics, SAP Ariba and VMS systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to see the bigger picture and demonstrate critical problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and the willingness to learn in a fast paced environment.
