About the Role:

As a Senior Dermal Therapist at The Skin Bar, you will play a key role in delivering personalised and high-quality treatments to our valued clients. You will be responsible for:

• Performing skin treatments using our signature techniques, including skin needling, RF needling, cosmelan peels, and anti-aging facials.

• Creating customised treatment plans to address individual client concerns, helping them achieve their skincare goals.

• Building lasting client relationships by providing expert advice, support, and education on skin health and home care.

• Working as part of a collaborative team that is focused on delivering results and offering an exceptional customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

• A Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a Nursing Degree.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in the skincare or beauty industry.

• A passion for skin health and a deep interest in staying up-to-date with the latest skin care innovations and treatments.

• A client-first mindset, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Confidence in treatment planning and a strong desire to achieve tangible results for clients.

Our Treatments:

• Skin Needling (our specialty!) – A powerful treatment for repairing and rejuvenating the skin, reducing the appearance of scars, fine lines, and wrinkles.

• Sylfirm X RF Needling – The next generation of RF needling, combining RF energy and microneedling to target skin texture and tone.

• Cosmelan & Blemiderm Peels – Powerful treatments for reducing pigmentation, acne, and uneven skin tone.

• Herbal & Targeted Anti-Aging Facials – Customised facials that address specific aging concerns while rejuvenating the skin for a youthful, radiant glow.

Don’t worry – if you’re not already familiar with all of these treatments, we provide full training in The Skin Bar’s exclusive techniques. We want you to succeed and grow with us!
