Senior Hairdresser Colourist Stylist

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Hairdresser / Colourist Stylist to join our team at our Vanity Hair & Beauty Salons' in Ascot Vale, VIC. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for delivering premium hair services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Providing a comprehensive range of premium hair cut, colouring and styling services to clients

• Consulting with clients to understand their hair needs and desired look, and recommend appropriate services

• Expertly cutting, colouring and styling hair to the highest standards

• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation to ensure a positive client experience

• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

• Participating in team meetings and training to continually develop your skills

• Adhering to all health, safety and salon policy requirements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a professional Hairdresser / Colourist Stylist

• Formal qualification in Hairdressing (or equivalent)

• Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring and styling hair to a high standard

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships

• Passion for the hair and beauty industry and staying up-to-date with trends

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team
