We are hiring an experienced senior HR Coordinator for our Geelong-based industrial client. Deemed a larger employer with over 500 staff, this role will play a key support role to the Head of HR and HR Business Partners. If you bring strong communication and administration skills with HR exposure (people or payroll) and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be your next step.
The Role:
In this key position, you’ll be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters and will support HR Business Partners and senior leaders with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and payroll administration.
Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position based on-site five days a week at the client's Geelong office.
Key Responsibilities:
· First point of contact for HR-related enquiries
· Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
· Administer payroll processes with accuracy and compliance
· Be actively involved in corporate and HR communications particularly on digital channels
· Maintain HR systems and ensure data integrity
· Support the team in systems and/or policy development and other activities across employee lifecycle.
· Be a key support and conduit to the broader employee base to increase employee experience and satisfaction.
· Be a key promoter of the company as an employer of choice
About You:
· Must have previous experience in HR in HR coordination and/or strong HR administration and preference for exposure to payroll
· Excellent communication (verbal, written, digital) and interpersonal skills
· High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
· Energetic and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
· Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with care
