What’s the role?

You'll be the go-to expert for risk management and monitoring within our Cash & Transactional Banking (C&TB) Product & Pricing team. This role is all about supporting and implementing risk management frameworks, policies, and controls. You'll lead incident verification, root cause analysis, and ensure compliance with regulatory updates. Based in our vibrant Sydney office, you'll work full-time with a dynamic team that values ethics, integrity, and a strong risk culture. Your proactive approach will help us balance commercial and customer needs while driving effective risk management practices.

What do I need?

• Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team.
• Proactive, organised, and outcomes-focused with a strong customer focus and commercial acumen.
• Ability to achieve objectives in a changing environment and make decisions autonomously within delegated boundaries.
• Demonstrable experience of translating complex information into simple terms and communicating with passion. 5-10 years of experience in risk management, banking, financial services, or risk assessment, including material risk policy components.
• Tertiary qualifications, experienced in influencing and negotiating, quality assurance, and risk management, legal, or compliance experience.
