Senior Payroll Officer

Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will have experience in a high volume, complex environment. This role will give you opportunity to work in an award-winning and growing training organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

Studying and interpreting relevant legislation and awards, ensuring compliance with all relevant employee legislative requirements
Managing & process payroll
Processing termination payments accurately
Processing relevant taxation and superannuation payments
Consolidation and development of processes and procedures

To succeed in this exciting senior position you will demonstrate an ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders with a relentless focus on customer service and thirst for knowledge and development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential.
