Senior Processor (Despatch)

The Role We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Processor (Despatch) to join the team at our Huonville Processing site. This is a permanent role with a Monday to Friday roster, offering a chance to lead a small team, support the Team Leader, and play a key role in meeting production targets while maintaining safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.Multitask effectively while maintaining high safety and quality standards.Supervise and support a small team to ensure smooth operations.Assist the Team Leader in achieving operational goals.Uphold Tassal’s commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. Role Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in processing or fish manufacturing (highly desirable).Strong time management and organisational skills.Ability to thrive in a hyper-fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Leadership experience is an advantage.Forklift licence (highly desirable).
