About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Project Engineer – Electrical and Instrumentation to oversee a groundbreaking hydrogen construction project based in Brisbane across a 24 month pipeline of project work. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a major initiative in the sustainable energy sector, where you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining high standards of work whilst carrying out the duties of this role in line with Company Values to achieve long-term success.

Your day-to-day includes:

• Subcontractor management including scope of work development and scope planning

• Project reporting and Planning

• Preparation of documentation ensuring project compliance with Australian standards, client specifications and project plans and procedures

• Development of Technical Queries/RFIs and appropriate control of the Management of Change (MOC) Process

• Management of quality assurance documentation including MDR, work pack, ITP’s and ITR’s

• Assist Construction supervisors with field installation, technical specification and standards compliance

About you

• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)

• 8+ years’ experience in a similar role

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Electrical Oil and Gas Standards

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in HA Electrical Installations, Instrumentation Specifics and functionality

• Proven Experience with Electrical testing

• HV Experience Preferred

• Proven experience with management of project quality documentation and Electrical Handovers
