Role: Property Manager
Location: Broadbeach, QLD
Salary: >$90,000 per annum plus Superannuation
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 120 properties end-to-end, ensuring efficient and high service standards.
- Communicate with tenants and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct entry and exit inspections and create detailed reports.
- Perform routine inspections and manage arrears and maintenance.
- Work with structured and organized systems to ensure efficient property management.
Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Portfolio Property Manager.
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-efficient, highly organised, and able to work autonomously.
