Job Description

As a Senior React Native Software Engineer, you'll be a key part of our team, contributing to the development of our mobile applications. You'll be working within an agile environment, collaborating with other developers, designers, and product owners to deliver high-quality mobile experiences for our customers.

You will develop and maintain React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive user interfaces. You will write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

On a regular basis, you will work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers in an agile environment. Troubleshoot and debug application issues to optimize application performance for a smooth user experience. Moreover you will stay up-to-date with the latest React Native trends and technologies.

Qualifications
  • Similar prior experience in a large-scale project environment is essential
  • Proven experience in developing and shipping React Native applications for iOS and Android.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, Typescript, Nodejs including ES6+ syntax and features.
  • Experience with React Native frameworks and libraries (e.g., React Navigation, Redux).
  • Experience with consuming RESTful APIs, Graph QL.
  • Automation & Testing - Detox: E2E testing for React Native – setup, mocking, test cases. 80% CC Jest: Unit testing, mocking functions/modules, code coverage.
  • Understanding of mobile application design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skill.

Good to have:

  • Experience with native mobile development (iOS or Android).
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Detox).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., TeamCity, GitHub Actions).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
  • Power Apps
