Senior Sales Manager (AdTech/ Programmatic)

A global AdTech, with an ever-growing presence in Australia, are now looking for a Senior Sales Manager to manage a portfolio of VIC/ Melbourne Holding Co. agencies, working alongside the VIC Sales Director and another Sales Manager. With a privacy first approach, these guys are smashing targets and growing Year on Year. What you'll be doing:Driving new and incremental revenue across a portfolio of Tier One/ Holding Co. media agencies (most likely GroupM and Dentsu)Sales strategy/ sales managementResponding to briefsIdentifying opportunities for growth across existing accountsOffering a consultative approach to drive best-in-class outcomes across campaignsManaging a more junior member of the sales teamReporting to the VIC Sales Lead (Sales Director) and collaborating closely with the wider VIC and AU team What you'll need to get the role:Extensive experience in Adtech/ Programmatic sales, selling into media agenciesA strong network of digital and programmatic contacts within the agencies, preferably Holding Co. and/ or IndiesProven experience meeting and exceeding targetsA hungry, driven attitude and desire to drive new and incremental revenue across your accountsAbility to build long-term relationships with your agencies and contactsPrior experience working with GroupM, Dentsu or other Holding Co. agencies will be held in high regardA strong understanding of the Australian digital media and advertising landscapeA passion for programmatic advertising This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step-up into a Senior Sales Manager role, working for a globally recognised business, who continue to grow.
