About the role:

We are looking for our next Senior Strata Manager to join our Brisbane team. The successful candidate will work with an experienced team and consistently promote the company’s key values – Professionalism, Integrity, Respect and Trust.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings, which may include layered schemes & BMS
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Manage correspondence via phone and written communications
• Preparation and distribution of budgets, agendas and minutes 
• Attending meetings, both committee and general
• Ensure your portfolio remains compliant with compliance related matters such as WH&S, Fire Safety and other relevant legislative requirement
• Assisting with the training and development of junior staff, including mentoring your own assistant

About you:

The successful candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 3 years prior experience as a Strata Manager
• Experience with BMS and layered schemes
• Be conversant in strata legislation - BCCM, BUGTA
• Have strong customer service skills, including dispute resolution abilities
• Possess high attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
• Experience in StrataMax is highly desirable but not essential
