ABOUT THE ROLE

Audi Richmond is currently offering the opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. 

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be able to demonstrate:

• A history of delivering high standards of customer service.

• Ability to achieve customer satisfaction targets.

• A sound knowledge of modern automotive systems.

ABOUT YOU

The successful applicants will have the following personal attributes:

• ERA/Pentana experience required

• Previous service advisor experience essential.

• Audi / Volkswagen experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Professional customer service ethic.

• Passion and energy to succeed.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

• Current driver license.

We provide ongoing Factory training and certification. An excellent remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidates.
