Overview of the Role:

Paul Wakeling Motor Group is part of Macarthur's largest family owned multi-franchise motor dealership. We are now looking for the right candidate with a strong focus on customer service to join our successful Service team in the role of Service Advisor / Service Recepitionist.

Reporting to the Service Manager your day to day duties include:

  • Greeting and booking in customers
  • Writing and Invoicing customer paper work
  • Face to Face and phone enquiries.
  • Supply general advice/quotations
  • Following up customer requirements
  • Updating customers on their service or repair
  • Booking customer's for service and repair work
  • Utilising our internal computer system
  • Liaising with clients about their cars needs
  • Organising loan cars and ensuring correct paperwork is filled out
  • Follow all internal processes and procedures

The Successful Applicant Must have:

  • Able to quickly adapt to the ever-changing technologies across a wide range of vehicles
  • Adhering to checklists and quality control standards
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary quality service
  • Ability to mentor / provide guidance to junior technicians 
  • Keep up to date with mandatory factory training
  • Excellent communication skills oral & written.
  • Be mature, punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Reliable, conscientious, adaptable and customer focused
  • A current drivers licence
