About the role.We are looking for a Site Manager, Ballarat Location at Ark. This role will require you to be accountable for the progress of the site works and control of activities generally on-site as well as ensuring accurate recording of all information. You will be responsible for the coordination of all physical aspects of the day-to-day working on construction projects to ensure safety and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Job Description Open and close site as per agreed contract and ensure site is open when required and secured when unoccupied.Plan, schedule, direct and organise all onsite trades and deliveries of supplies and plant and equipment.Induct all site and plant equipment.Make sure all hard copies of scopes, compliance, safety docs, plans are onsite and kept current.Make sure all SWMS have been reviewed, and hard copies are on site 24 hours prior to start.Ensure site is compliant to Documentation, Building Codes and HSEQ requirements including making sure that file for RFI’s, variations, letting of contracts to subs, procurement times on material has been set up.Record and document all site activities including but not limited to program, work orders, supply orders, RFI, staff and contractor timesheets and maintain site diary.
