Social Media & Marketing Manager - Medical Aesthetics Clinic

Your role will include:

• Planning, creating, and posting engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube

• Leading weekly strategy sessions with the Director to pitch campaign ideas, promotions, and creative initiatives

• Preparing digital marketing budgets for proposed campaigns and reporting on ROI

• Capturing behind-the-scenes content (photography and videography during treatments and daily clinic life)

• Shooting, editing, and producing professional short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)

• Managing and updating our website content and layout as needed

• Running and coordinating email and SMS marketing campaigns

• Designing branded clinic materials including aftercare cards, treatment menus, event invitations, and digital assets

• Monitoring insights, engagement, and content performance to refine strategies for growth

• Working closely with the clinical team to ensure all messaging remains authentic, medically compliant, and brand aligned

You Will Bring

• Strong experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing (preferably in beauty, skin, health, or aesthetics industries)

• Proficiency in video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva; Adobe Suite is highly regarded)

• Confident photography and videography skills (iPhone/DSLR)

• Experience managing email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar)

• Basic website CMS management (Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify, etc.)

• Graphic design skills for creation of branded materials (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign or Photoshop)

• A strategic mindset—you proactively propose content, promotions, and campaigns

• The ability to present weekly ideas, budgets, and rollout plans to management

• A strong sense of premium branding and polished digital presentation

• A genuine passion for the aesthetic, skin, and beauty industries

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and a love of organisation and execution
