We're on the hunt for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Specialist who can craft engaging content, grow our online community, and support client campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform content strategies for clients
- Plan, write, and schedule content (posts, carousels, reels, stories, etc.)
- Produce visually appealing content
- Manage and grow social media communities — engage, respond, and build trust
- Run or support paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn)
- Analyse metrics and provide performance reports and insights
- Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and new content formats
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Excellent writing skills with a good eye for visual storytelling
- Experience using scheduling tools
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
- Creative thinker with a love for brand-building and audience engagement
- Self-starter who’s organised and meets deadlines
- Bonus: basic Canva, Adobe, or video editing skills
