About You:You are a practical and experienced Software Engineer with ideally 5+ years of Oracle SQL development experience, preferably with a background working on HR and ERP systems. You enjoy working in professional, collaborative environments where you can contribute to stable platforms, refine system performance, and deliver reliable business solutions.
You should have:5+ years of strong development experience with Oracle SQLExperience working with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP HR, or similarStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to clearly understand and deliver on business requirementsA steady, collaborative approach suited to a professional and friendly team environment

Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and enhance internal systems with a focus on Oracle SQL developmentCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and translate requirements into technical solutionsSupport and improve integrations with HR and ERP platformsDocument development processes and maintain clear internal recordsTroubleshoot, refactor, and optimise existing code to ensure robust system performanceProvide technical support across various business-critical systems with minimal supervision
