Software Implementation Consultant

XLYOUR is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant to help deliver successful software implementations and business transformations for our clients across construction, mining, transport and utilities. WHAT YOU’LL DO:Lead end-to-end software implementations – from needs analysis to post-go-live supportFacilitate workshops, gather requirements, and map current/future state processesConfigure and test systems like InEight, Nintex, Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics 365Develop and deliver training to a broad range of stakeholdersDrive user adoption through change management and stakeholder engagementConduct data migration and testingProvide project go-live support through hypercare and beyond MUST HAVE:Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing ERP and/or construction project softwareStrong skills in project management, business analysis, process modelling, system configuration and testing, training and change managementIndustry experience in construction, mining, utilities or infrastructureExcellent communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management abilitiesFlexibility to travel (30–50%) to client sites across the APAC region NICE TO HAVE:Experience with tools like InEight, Nintex, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Visio, or Odoo ABOUT XLYOUR:At XLYOUR, we're dedicated to empowering businesses with innovative software technology.
