We are currently searching ambitious Call Centre Lead Generators and Appointment Setters. This role will involve working as part of a highly functioning and collaborative team generating leads for residential solar sales consultants.

Responsibilities include: 
 

• Solar appointment setting – no selling
• Outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for residential sales consultants
• Engage customers with confidence
• Redirecting qualified customer leads to the sales team
• Work to KPI's to achieve targets

About you:
 

• Experience in outbound phone calls
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong rapport and maintain relationships
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proven track record with KPI's, targets
• A team player with ambition, enthusiasm, and energy
• Must be reliable, honest, professional and have a passion to succeed
