🩺 The Role

This is a full-time position - Usual hours are 8:30AM – 5:00PM, though flexibility is required between 8:00AM–8:00PM weekdays + occasional Saturdays. You’ll also need to be comfortable working across multiple locations, including occasional remote/country clinics.

You’ll be responsible for a range of tasks including:

  • Coordinating patient appointments and procedures

  • Managing inbound/outbound communication (phone calls/emails/faxes etc.)

  • Medicare and private billing

  • Liaising with hospitals and booking admissions

  • Daily banking and general admin duties

✅ About You

You’re someone who:

  • Has prior experience in a medical setting (specialist preferred)

  • Understands Medicare billing and medical record confidentiality

  • Is highly proficient with computers and medical software

  • Is calm under pressure and delivers excellent service with a smile

  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person

  • Takes initiative, is organised, and values accuracy in every detail
