About the role:
We are seeking a Full-Time Stock Controller to join our fun and supportive team at our Grafton pharmacy!
This role is ideal for a Stock Controller or experienced pharmacy assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team. Working closely with the Retail Manager, Pharmacist in Charge, and business development team, you will oversee stock control, ensuring efficient inventory management and compliance with ordering procedures.
Full-time Monday to Friday role available!

Duties:
• Oversee stock control and inventory management processes;
• Manage stock replenishment and ordering to meet customer demand;
• Ensure compliance with invoicing, ordering, and stockfile integrity procedures;
• Manage out-of-date, deleted, and clearance stock in line with company policies;
• Monitor and maintain merchandising and promotional presentation standards;
• Supervise and support staff in stock management duties;
• Conduct stock audits, rolling stocktakes, and compliance checks.
• Working closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve store goals;
Skills and Experience:
• Stock control, retail management or pharmacy experience essential;
• Certificate II, III, or IV in Community Pharmacy preferred;
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
