About the role...
An opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated full-time Retail Store Manager to manage our The Rocks store! Duties include;
  • Ensuring the overall profitable operation and management of the store
  • Ensure sales targets are met
  • Reporting results as required
  • Managing rosters, recruitment and development
  • Leading from example providing customer's with the ultimate Rip Curl customer experience
  • With the support of your Regional Manager and wider People team you will be passionate about training and coaching your crew to ensure succession planning opportunities within your store and wider KMD Brands network

We are searching for a crew member that is looking to take on more responsibility, or looking to join The Search and our incredible global retail crew. To be considered you will;
  • Have demonstrated successful experience in retail management
  • Enjoy driving sales to meet targets and motivate your crew to hit these together
  • Be someone who prides themselves on delivering great customer service
  • Have an affinity with surfing and the board riding lifestyle and to be able to provide this lifestyle to our local and travelling customers
