Storeperson

Our client is seeking an experienced Storeperson to join their team in Botany. In this role, you will contribute to achieving targets by supporting the team, coordinating warehouse activities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will be committed to undertaking the following duties:

• Loading and unloading orders and stock
• Container loading and unloading as required
• Checking goods received
• Picking, packing and organising transport for customer orders
• Forklift loading an unloading
• Complete monthly stock take
• Supporting co-workers with the completion of orders and documentation
• General warehouse housekeeping
• Maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with customers

Minimum requirements:

• Current forklift license is essential
• Previous experience as a store person/ warehouse role is essential
• Positive attitude and the desire to learn & grow with the business
• Reliable team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication, numeracy and literacy skills
• A strong safety focus
• Basic computer knowledge
• Current driver's license is preferred
• Physically fit, as some heavy lifting is required
