ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY  

At NP Digital, we are on a mission to drive transformative growth for our clients through innovative digital marketing strategies. We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Marketing & Customer Experience (CX) Automation Strategist to join our Melbourne team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in automating customer journeys, optimising engagement, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that drives both client satisfaction and business growth.  

To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in Australia and be willing to work in the office in Melbourne 2-3 days per week.  

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Automation & Journey Design - Utilise HubSpot to design, implement, and optimise integrated customer communications across multiple channels, improving conversion rates, onboarding efficiency, and long-term advocacy 
  • Customer Experience Optimisation - Leverage Zenoti and Podium to build automations that anticipate customer needs, automating low-value interactions while enabling customer service teams to focus on high-value, high-impact engagements 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with technology, customer service, sales, and business development teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and data consistency across HubSpot, Zenoti, Podium, and WordPress touchpoints 
  • Engagement Programmes & Experiments - Develop and optimise customer engagement programmes that drive higher application and settlement rates, improved NPS, and enhanced retention. Use experimentation to continually test and refine strategies for better outcomes 
  • Campaign Execution - Run time-sensitive campaigns for customer and broker communications. Ensure they are aligned with brand standards and drive engagement at key stages in the customer journey 
  • Brand Consistency & Voice - Maintain a consistent voice across all communication platforms, while tailoring content to different customer segments and client brands when necessary 
  • Process & Efficiency Improvements - Identify automation opportunities to enhance business efficiency, reduce manual processes, and improve overall customer experience 
  • Performance Analytics & Insights - Conduct data analysis using HubSpot and other platforms to track customer behaviour and provide insights that optimise acquisition and retention strategies 
  • Stakeholder Support - Provide expertise to NP Digital’s leadership, advocating for the benefits of marketing automation and CX optimisation to achieve company and client goals

ABOUT YOU 

  • 6+ Years’ experience in Digital Marketing  
  • Proven experience in marketing automation and customer journey management, with specific expertise in HubSpot 
  • Ability to design and execute A/B or multivariate tests to improve customer experience and conversion across the funnel, using data to inform continuous improvements 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with company objectives 
  • Strong communication skills and experience engaging with senior stakeholders across technical, digital, and customer service teams
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, finance, advertising, or related fields preferable  
  • Highly skilled in using marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Zenoti, and Podium to deliver high-quality customer experiences 
  • Possess an understanding of the technical needs for optimising digital journeys and have a knack for aligning technology with customer needs 
  • You are driven by a passion for enhancing customer experience, building brand loyalty, and ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and value-driven 
  • You’re a self-starter with a natural drive to deliver initiatives, streamline processes, and optimise campaigns quickly to achieve business outcomes 
  • You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working across teams, from customer service to executive leadership. Your data-driven approach to problem-solving ensures that decisions are based on evidence and insights 
  • Always looking for new opportunities to optimise customer engagement, you have a forward-thinking mindset and a passion for emerging trends in marketing automation

  • Experience using Zenoti, Podium, and WordPress is a plus
