🔧 POSITIONS AVAILABLE

1. WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR / LEADING HAND

You’re the type who can lead from the front. You know how to diagnose the tough ones, keep the team moving, and still get your hands dirty when needed. You’ll be the go-to for apprentices, quality control, and ensuring the workshop runs like a well-oiled machine.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading workshop operations and setting the standard

  • Fault diagnosis – mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical

  • Prioritising jobs and managing team workflow

  • Training and mentoring apprentices and junior techs

  • Monitoring job cards, parts orders, and digital service logs

  • Liaising with clients and ensuring work is delivered on time and to spec

  • Keeping safety, compliance, and quality top priority

2. FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Love the challenge of working out in the field? You'll handle breakdowns, fleet servicing, diagnostics, and repairs across road transport, civil and mining gear. You’ll need to think fast, stay sharp, and take pride in fixing things the right way.

Your day will include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing faults on-site (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical)

  • Completing high-quality repairs, component change-outs, and rebuilds

  • Using a tablet to document service reports and defect images

  • Keeping paperwork neat, thorough, and submitted on time

  • Representing the brand with professionalism at client sites

⚙️ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (BOTH ROLES)
  • Trade Qualified: Heavy Vehicle (Road Transport or Mobile Plant)

  • Strong diagnostic skills, especially electrical & hydraulic

  • Someone who owns their work – start to finish

  • “Think outside the box” mindset – you’re a problem solver, not a part swapper

  • Solid computer and tablet skills

  • Great communicator with a clean, professional attitude

  • Self-motivated and reliable – you do what you say you’ll do

  • C-Class Licence minimum (HR highly regarded)

  • Bonus if you’ve got: Forklift, A/C, Working at Heights, Dogging/Rigging, etc.

  • You’re not just a number – we notice good work and reward it

  • Great pay, real career growth, and no bulls**t

  • A supportive team culture that has each other’s backs

  • High-quality tools, tech, and systems that make your job easier

  • Varied work across interesting fleets – no boring days

  • We're growing – and you can grow with us
