Our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Contracts and Performance Manager to manage supplier contracts, optimise asset lifecycle programs, and improve supply chain efficiency within a fast-paced hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:Manage supplier contracts and service level agreements (SLAs)
Oversee fleet vehicle service and maintenance scheduling
Lead KPI tracking and performance reporting for suppliers and contractors
Coordinate inventory optimisation and asset lifecycle programs
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations
Lead a service desk team to ensure high service standards
Proven experience in contract management and supplier performance oversight
Strong background in supply chain or logistics, ideally in healthcare or public services
Experience leading customer service teams or working in a team lead/management role in a fast-moving environment is highly beneficial
Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in high-pressure settings
A certificate in Supply Chain Management would be highly beneficial
Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Project Management (highly regarded)
$110,000 – $130,000 - Including Super
Temp-to-perm opportunity or short-term contract
Immediate start or availability within the next few weeks preferred
