About The Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
Provide tailored support to aged care individuals and/or individuals with disabilities.Assist with daily living activities, community participation, and enhancing quality of life.Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and stakeholders.Follow organisational policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.Demonstrate empathy, resilience, and commitment in your support approach.Commit to regular and flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
What We’re Looking For
Strong interpersonal, communication, and resilience skills.Ability to support individuals with complex needs and behaviours highly desired.Understanding of positive behaviour support strategies highly desired.Professional boundaries and a commitment to quality care.Ability to complete documentation and reporting as required.
