Our fast-growing commercial cleaning business, recognised for achieving success through our strong workplace culture and belief in our team, is looking for a Team Leader - Commercial Builder's Clean to join us on our success journey.

About us:

We are a family owned and operated commercial cleaning business in Adelaide specialising in commercial and residential end of construction cleaning services (builder’s cleans). Led with passion and energy from the top, our focus is to provide outstanding service to our clients no matter how small or big their project is.

What are we looking for?

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Highly effective communication skills and the ability to communicate and engage with clients, stakeholders and all staff within 13CC.

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and high quality service focus.

• An understanding and ability to lead a safe workplace and meet other compliance requirements.

• A positive attitude, proactive and practical approach to getting the job done, delivering results and operational efficiencies.

To be considered for this position the following is non-negotiable (please don’t waste your time too!)

• Minimum 3-years’ experience working directly in construction cleaning is essential (it’s a different skillset to standard domestic and office cleans)

• Australian Working Rights (we’re looking for someone to enjoy a career with us!)

• White Card, current Police Clearance, and required PPE for working on a construction site

• Own/reliable transport

• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with others.

• Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work both  autonomously and effectively in a team.
