About the Role:
We need a full-time Garden Maintenance Team Leader to join our lively team. If you’re a plant maestro with leadership skills, this is your dream job! You’ll take charge, guiding your team to keep Melbourne’s finest gardens in tip-top shape, all while enjoying the perks of a company vehicle and great pay.

What You’ll Do:
Team Captain: Lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional garden care.
Horticultural Hero: Use your plant knowledge to maintain and enhance beautiful gardens.
Client Whisperer: Work closely with clients to ensure their garden visions come to life.
Explore and Enjoy: Travel to various stunning gardens with a company-provided vehicle.

Skills & Experience:
Residency: Must live in Australia and have full work rights.
Experience: At least 3+ years of high-end garden maintenance experience.
Education: Certificate III in Horticulture or higher.
Knowledge: Strong horticultural skills are a must.
Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic and ready to inspire your team.
Dependable: Punctual, reliable, and honest.
People Person: Friendly with great communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to keep gardens looking flawless.
Extra Skills: Experience with irrigation systems and soft-landscaping is a bonus.
