Team Leader Occupational Therapist

This National Allied Health Provider is seeking an Occupational Therapist Team Leader to manage their Melbourne team. The company is full of amazing therapists who are connected by their commitment to providing high-quality therapy to members of the community. 

This position would suit either an existing Team Leader or a Senior Occupational Therapist looking to progress to the next stage of their career. We love this company as they focus on three things: job satisfaction, engagement and quality service delivery. 

Applicants can be based anywhere in Melbourne, full-time preferred, part-time considered. You can have experience working with adults or children (or both!) as tailored caseloads are available.

What you will be doing:

• Providing clinical supervision and support to your team members 
• Collaborate with the State Manager to continue developing Occupational Therapy services in Melbourne
• Manage a reduced clinical caseload of NDIS and Medicare clients 
• Providing evidence-based assessment and therapy to members of the community

• Earn between $95,000 - $125,000 + super 
• An extremely generous commission structure that rewards you for your work
• Focus on quality therapy with industry-low targets of 20 billable hours per week
• Opportunities to tailor your caseload to your interest areas e.g. neuro
• Multidisciplinary working with Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists
• Complete your admin/documentation from the comfort of your own home 
• Generous travel/car allowance
• Your caseload is created around your home location to ensure you are on the road as little as possible
• Yearly PD allowance

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience
