About the role

Are you a technically minded go-getter with a knack for building strong business relationships?
Join Harness Master NSW as a Technical  Business Development Representative and help deliver cutting-edge, fit-for-purpose electrical solutions that power some of Australia's top industries. This role will require on-site work and travel to support customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and manage client relationships
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions
- Track sales activity and report regularly
- Attend trade shows and client meetings

Required Skills and Experience

- Proven experience in technical sales or business development
- Strong understanding of technical products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient with CRM and sales reporting tools
- Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

- Trade background and/or qualification in business, engineering or related field
- Experience in B2B technical sales
- Familiarity with harness manufacturing or electrical systems
- Sales training or certification
- Industry contacts or networks
