The Technical Product Owner works closely with business partners, wider technology domains and external parties providing a single point of accountability across Plan, Build and Run for Technology products in the Airline Experience portfolio. The goal is to deliver world class capabilities to our operational staff, and a world class experiences to our customers.
This role is in a highly reactive area working with products and projects within integrated operations, crisis management and accountable for aligning product delivery plans to enable the business to achieve their objectives & strategic outcomes – from concept through to operations.
The Technical Product Owner is a leader with a customer-centric mentality and plays a crucial decision maker role with the ability to manage high pressure areas that may impact critical operations. They will manage the quality of service and operational stability, including IT risk and compliance management, delivering service improvements and providing input to service management strategies.
