We are seeking a motivated Telesales Heat Pump Advisor to generate sales through outbound calls. Leverage your product expertise to educate customers, provide tailored solutions, and consistently exceed sales targets. Experience in solar energy is a plus but not mandatory. This is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to generate sales leads.

• Educate customers on the advantages of heat pumps.

• Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions.

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to final sale.

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in HVAC, renewables, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong customer-oriented approach.

• Ability to adapt and work effectively as part of a team.

• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Working Environment:

• Primarily office-based with occasional travel.

Compensation:

• Under ABN: $850 per week.

• Under TFN: $55,000 gross annual income.
