Technical Sales Representative

Description

· Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

· Provide technical product information, specifications, and solutions to customers and sales partners.

· Collaborate with external sales team members to develop proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

· Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable product solutions.

· Track customer interactions and opportunities in CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite).

· Process and follow up on sales orders and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Support of Stores Operations as and when required

Profile

· 2+ years of experience in technical sales, inside sales, or customer service with an electrical/electronic product or solution.

· Strong understanding of technical products relevant to the industry (e.g., electrical components, automation equipment, software solutions).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
